Spirals for Gabions – a stable connection for gabion baskets

Our high-quality gabion spirals are the ideal solution for securely and permanently connecting individual steel wire mesh panels into a stable gabion basket. They are used wherever gabions need to be reliably assembled and permanently fixed – in garden and landscape construction, for both private and commercial applications.

The gabion spirals are made of robust wire with a wire diameter of 4.5 mm, ensuring high dimensional stability as well as even load distribution along the connection. Thanks to the simple screw-in design, they allow for fast and clean assembly of the gabion meshes without tools or prior experience.

Due to the high-quality galvan coating (95% zinc / 5% aluminum) with a coating weight of 350 g/m², the spirals are optimally protected against corrosion. They are designed for permanent outdoor use and impress with exceptional resistance to weathering and rust. The quality is confirmed by a successful salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS with a minimum duration of 5,000 hours.
