Gabion raised beds should be lined inside with filter fleece to prevent soil from being washed out while still allowing excess water to drain away. Matching filter fleece is also available in our shop, either cut to size or as a roll.

You can also obtain filling material for gabion raised beds in our shop: gabion fill material. Recommended grain size: 60/90 to 60/120.

Required filling quantity: 1,8 t per m³, therefore approx.320 kg of stones.

Optionally and on request, we also offer lid grids with a width of 10 cm and a matching selected length for the gabion raised beds.

The meshes are galvanized with a zinc coating of 350 g/m², providing excellent protection against rust and weathering. The coating has also been tested in a salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 and achieves a resistance of at least 5,000 hours, ensuring exceptional durability even under demanding outdoor conditions.

The mesh panels have a mesh size of 50 × 100 mm (except for the bottom mesh 100 x 100 mm), allowing flexible stone filling while maintaining a stable construction.
